Returns + Exchanges
We want you to love your dress! Each and every gown we ship out is inspected with love and care, and only sent to you if we deem it worthy of our own special day. We understand the emotional hurdles a woman has to jump through to purchase their wedding dress online – we went through it ourselves! Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase, and we will do our best to work with you to make it right!
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns of unworn gowns within 14 days of shipment. Simply contact us at hello@lyravegabridal.com for a return-shipping label, re-pack your dress in the packaging it came in, and drop it off! Refund will be issued in your original form of payment after we receive and inspect the gown.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. Lyra Vega Bridal reserves the right to determine if garment has been used
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your gown for a full refund
Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused
